Hospital Sketches block 8 and Mystery Quilt

My Hospital Sketches blocks by Barbara Brackman civilwarquilts.blogspot.com are coming nicely. Block 8 Triple Tulips is done and I have started block 7.

I love to do hand applique but it takes time to get anything finish. So once in a while I do quilts with my sewing machine. I finished my Mystery Quilt top by laundrybasketquilts.com  It was daily mystery 100 blocks in 15 days. And I did my blocks in 16 days so not bad at all. But after sewing my blocks together I decided add two more rows as I don’t like square quilts.

Laundry Basket Mystery

I have slowly started to put my blocks together. And I mean slowly. I did those blocks allmost same time as Edyta published them in her blog. Afterwards I didn’t check if there were some misstakes so I’m missing some of the blocks. But I’m in no hurry I might even add one row on the top and one row on the bottom of quilt.
So far I have my first four rows put together.

Laundry Basket Quilts Mystery

Even though I’m not isolated at my home as I need to work every day in kindergarten. I feel I should stay at home and sew;). So I participed laundrybasketquilts.com Mystery Quilt 2020.
And I finished all my blocks allmost in time. I only fell one day behind.
All my blocks in the box waiting for monday when Edyta is going to reveal the final mystery of this quilt.

These are my central blocks together. My table wasn’t big enough to show all blocks. 

Hospital Sketches block 9 is finished and ironed too. 

And I have started on block 8.
